According to research done by Harvard University, The Carnegie Foundation and the Stanford Research Institute, more than 85% of job success is based on soft skills, our personal conduct and the ability to put others at ease. This seminar is geared to the personal and professional development of recent college graduates, new hires and seasoned executives looking to enter or re-enter the job market. Emerging leaders and high achievers are able to establish credibility, trust, and strong relationships built on courtesy and respect. Competition in the business area is fierce and companies are looking for executives who can handle themnselves in an exceptional manner with clients, patients, co-workers and management. Attendees will learn modern methods and strategies taht will enable them to present themselves in a polished, professional manner.
Conducted by Maria Joyce of the Protocol School of New Jersey. Ms. Joyce is a nationally recognized etiquette and communication expert. She trains and consults with individuals representing the corporate, educational, hospitality and heath care industries. As a frequent contributor to numerous publications and news organizations, Ms. Joyce was featured on ABCs 20/20 on a special entitled That Is So Rude: What Has Happened To Manners In America.
