The temporary help services industry is growing as the recession fades. This Monmouth County Library Career Information Center program will feature local temporary help services companies. Representatives will explain how the industry works: what occupations are hired and what the contracts are like.

Introducing NJCAN New Jersey Career Assistance Navigator

The Monmouth County Library Career Information Center will introduce you to NJCAN, the New Jersey Career Assistance Navigator from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. This presentation will be on Monday, June 21, 2010 from 1:30-3:00pm at the Monmouth Conty Library in Shrewsbury at 1001 Rt 35.

A representative from the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development will explain the many features of NJCAN which can help you find employers, pick a career and get occupational training. You can access NJCAN at www.njcan.org.
