www.MyNextMove.org
This blog is just a suggestion that you try www.mynextmove.org which is a career choice and job-searching website presented by the US Department of Labor.
The Career search part lets you search by knowledge, skills or abilities. The search results gives you occupational descriptions about the work and the people who are in that occupation. In the "Job Outlook" section you get links to local salary information, actual job ad listings and also a list of potential employers.
During the search for salaries and job listings, you are transferred to www.MySkillsMyFuture.com which is a companion site also presented by the US Department of Labor. MySkillsMyFuture is designed to help people move from one occupation to another based on transferable skills and experience.
Try these sites and let me know how you like them.
